Scott did a great job in helping us buy a condo when we were across the country. He went above and beyond by helping us coordinate some trades that needed to get in and look at the property as well as dealing with a difficult HOA and lender.

Scott took a lot of interest in our property. He did things that were over and above a normal real estate sales agent's responsibilities. He helped us find people to work on items needing attention at the property. He even personally cleaned up the property's yard to make the house show better. This was very important to us because we live 250 miles away from the property we listed with Scott....

Scott is very a effective negotiator, when I made an offer, he went with the owner and somehow he returned with a very attractive price that I couldn't refuse it. He is very responsible and professional whenever he was out of town he gave a way to contact him in case I need him.
