Hung up on me twice when asked why he missed appointment. Very belligerent at that! Not at all what i expect in being professional and dealing with the public. It astounds me that in a world where service and reliability may be the only distinguishing traits between service providers, that this one believes he can set an appointment window (1pm to 4pm) miss it late with a phone Call 3 HOURS later and have the balls to hang up the phone when he's confronted with the missed appointment.
