Help us make it rightWe have know Scott for eight years. He helped us when we purchased our house in the area eight years ago,and then when we sold this past year. Scott is a great Real Estate agent, considerate of his clients needs and ultimate goals. He followed through in both instances and provided guidance with his knowledge in both purchase and sale of our home. We were very pleased.
Our family has known Scott and Bill for years. We needed more space and easier commutes and Scott helped us both sell our prior home and buy our new one. Scott was clear in his communication about the process. He also intently listened to our criteria for our new home purchase.
We have known Scott for years. I became the power of attorney for one of our neighbors who originally went into ahe assisted living thinking she would not like it there. We ended up putting the home up for sale with Scott. In the middle of the transaction a City problem came up with the lot lines. If he had not worked so hard for us we would not have been able to close on time.
Scott made it possible for us to buy our current home from a family member by helping us sell the home he previously helped us buy. It was a crazy time as we were expecting our first child. He came to us whenever papers needed to be signed. He even came to the hospital after we had our baby. Very convenient and appreciated!
