Had him install both heating and air conditioning units. Have had no trouble with either system so far. Seems to be knowledgeable in what he does.

don't waste your time

I had AC issues and made an appointment with this company for the following morning. When the next morning came they didn t show and didn t call...at all. I finally called early that evening thinking something may have come up and giving them the benefit of the doubt. They told me they never promised they would be there (which I m positive, without a doubt, that they did) and promised they would be there the following morning. I verified the agreed upon appointment with them several times and they stated they were 100% sure they would be there. The following morning I received a call saying they wouldn t be able to make it to the appointment. They were very unprofessional on the phone and very unprofessional with the way they handle their business in general.

Very unprofessional! While price shopping a heating project Kurt and the Jerks were low so I had them come by for a second look. He came over to look at the project four times and inconvenienced me and my family three of those four times and the final time he was there he rolled his eyes at me. He wanted 60% of the money up front. This leads me to believe that he is not financially stable. I stated that I would pay for time and material once the material has been purchased. Kurt the Jerk came to begin the project and first thing he said to my wife was where is my money" then he walked off the job. When I called to let him know that we would pay him cash that day he told me I was jerking him around and to give the project to someone else, then he hung up on me. My initial feeling was that this jerk does not know what he is doing and I was correct. Arrogant, grumpy old man who thinks he is doing people a favor instead of his job. Not recommended for any serious mechanical project. I would not call this jerk to clean my drain!

This guy is a jerk! First he forgot to order the part we needed to fix our air conditioning unit, so after a month went by we called him and all we got was "Ooops sorry I forgot about it.". When he finally got the part a month and a half later he found out he needed another part and ordered it. We called him over 4th of July weekend to see if the part was in and when it would be fixed and he said Monday. We called Monday afternoon to find out when he was coming so we could make sure to be around and he yelled at us, told us to stop calling him because he didn't like being called by us and told us to call our landlord. "When the part gets here, it gets here!"... then he hung up on me. It's over a hundred degrees in my shop right now and he's got the attitude?! My husband and I have lost business because of the heat! People don't want to roast while shopping! Scott Kurt is not a reliable repairman! He's slow and disrespectful!
