I used Scott Cloward for an appraisal on a home.\r
After appraisal was done and sent to Lender I was told by Lender that Mr. Cloward was blacklisted at Lender. Mr. Clowards assistant then told me that they would get someone else do the appraisal at no extra cost. When I went to set that up they then came back and said it would actually be an extra 200 bucks. So after my client had already paid...
