Randy built a custom home for us here in Ray Brook, NY in 2006-2007. The house is unusual in that it is entirely timber framed and then encapsulated with structural insulated panels (SIPS). Randy had to work closely with the timber framing contractor (Steve Amstutz - another 5 star rating) and he had never built a house that used SIPS for all exterior walls and roofs.
