1 star because there's not a lower option. Delivery people dropped furniture on our new hardwood floor. Asked us to get an estimate from THEIR floor guy and then refuse to make good. Don't use this company!!!

I agree. Customer service is horrible. Took nearly 3 months to get my furniture piece. I had to keep calling to request information. Got the major run around. They would do nothing to soften the situation. I finally got the piece and it is poorly made. Had an adjuster come out and he fixed the problem which only lasted a day. I spoke to the salesperson about my serious dissatisfaction. Laura...
