Always liked this place.. Fast n convenient. Always love the sandwiches, but it seems the quality has gone down a bit. Plus the customer service is not up to par. went in recently and wanted to pick up my order, the girls at the counter making the sandwiches, just rude. So I have enjoyed the visit Schlotzsky but I'm done

Small serving sizes. Only 1 sauce avaible. Generally messy. There is better, this one's a waste of time -_-

Extremely rude woman working. She seemed very irritated we came in at 6:30 when they close at 7pm. She immediately went to the open sign to turn it off after we sat down and glared at us. She was very rude me I could see her mumbling under her breath when other people came in. I know you hate your job but don't take it out on customers who didn't do anything to you.

I think this place uses past-fresh ingredients. I've tried several times without success. I rank this below subway. Staff are always friendly. I guess...

The food was OK, but the service was abysmal. 24 minutes waiting, while the counter girl played on her phone.
