I actually drive a couple minutes further to come to this Schlotzsky's for lunch during the work week because: 1) they have Cinnabon and 2) they have a drive thru. The closer one has neither. Went through the drive thru for a Margherita flatbread which is my favorite menu item, and it was burnt to a crisp. Of c...ourse, I didn't discover this until I got home. The thing was black so they had to have known and served it anyway. They could have told me what happened and made another one for me, but instead served me burnt food.
