All I wanted was an eye exam and contacts. I am new to Birmingham so I decided to try Schaeffer. I was wrong to do so. I have had to go in 5 times due to mix ups from their staff, etc. Just to try on the contacts to see if they worked (which they ordered the wrong pairs twice) I had to wait over an hour. Another girl had been waiting almost two hours to do the same thing. The payment situation...
