Food is not fresh, poor customer service

Dont waste your money. The servings are fairly generous but the food tastes old. The customer service is also not very good.

great deals at closing

We happened to be late leaving the mall and were at Sbarros just before closing. The manager dropped prices to save on waste so we got an awesome deal and took advantage of taking some extra home! The food was good as usual!

Now I remember why I don't eat here...at the food court in the mall there are much better options. If you want fast food then Chick-fil-a or Dairy Queen is much more trustworthy and the service is way better, especially in Chick-fil-a--the Sbarro's girl was awful! I know she is only making minimum wage but still!
