Abused my dogs

Please beware of this company, I sent 3 dogs for boarding and training to this place, a Morkie, Shi-tzu and Yorkie. They were traumatized from the abuse and neglect. He didn't feed them correctly so they all lost weight, I even supplied all of the food, the dry food bag was never even opened. They were caged altogether in one cage when I went to pick them up. He advertised cage free and they were there due to the aggression my older dog had towards the puppy but he put them in a cage together anyway. When I picked up my dogs I saw another dog tied standing to a piece of furniture and it did not have 6" of room to move. There was no glass in the window of the room they were in so there was no protection from the cold nights. They were saturated with urine from sitting in the cage that had no training pads with a puppy that wasn't toilet trained, even though I sent training pads. My Shi-tzu had burns on his feet and stomach from the excessive time laying in the urine. He also had an open wound on his leg. His ears were so infected he had to have a double operation on them both. My Yorkie has an ear that went down and has never come back up since staying with this person and she was acting petrified anytime someone would go near her. My morkie had bruises on her back and is fearful of any sudden moves. They all had ear mites from his dirty home. None of them have the same personalities they had when they were brought to Gregg for training. The back of the house that he kept hidden was a pigsty. Beware he talks a good talk but is a phony.I filed a report with the city of Burbank for this man abusing my dogs, upon doing so i found out that he was not licensed and was running an illegal kennel until after I put in the complaint. He claims to be 100% guaranteed and 100% insured but I have not been given a refund or any insurance information when asked for it. I had to take him to court and I won the case but he has never paid one cent of the judgement. He has his friends write good reviews for him and even tried to bring them to court as witnesses but the judge saw threw his ruse.

I'm interested to see Lisa's review -- Gregg has great reviews on Yelp and my experience with his dog boarding was very good. He picked Sam up and brought him back and Sam was obviously very fond of Gregg and in good spirits when he came home. I am not a personal friend of Gregg and didn't know him at all till he boarded Sam.
