Sav On Storage staff is very nice and competent. The following comments are concerning UHAUL and NOT Save On Storage

1 - the personal details (including credit card info) I entered while making the reservation through the website were NOT communicated to the pickup location, delaying the pickup process as I had to enter again most of the details

going in not a lot of parking places, but was good if just one person came at a time..

I reserved and paid for my truck 2 days in advance and when I went to pick it up it took over an hour and several phone calls. When I finally got to take the truck I never was given my contract papers. No milage was given and the gas was 1/4 tank. Just a bad experience overall.
