I scheduled a "free consultation" with Dr. Clayton to see about some surgery. He offered to check to see what my insurance would cover, but neglected to tell me that this would bill me for the consultation. I have seen Dr. Clayton over many years, he is professional, very good at what he does, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him

I was going to be a brand new patient. I did arrive 17 minutes late due to traffic. They said they allow you to be 15 minutes late. My appointment was for 4:00. When I got there they told me that he had left to get kids. I did everything but cry. I took time off of work to see this dr. I suppose I will be finding a new dr. Very rude.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
