Dealing with Sarim Pools to get a new above ground pool in was a headache from the beginning. The job was delayed several times and in the end, I complained to him and his response was to pull everything up he'd already done, leave the job, and jam a note in my front door. Have used Sarim Pool Service for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Prompt and courteous service at a reasonable price. Whether it's openings, closings, pump replacement, heater replacement or other normal maintenance items they are always done in a professional and prompt manner. We had Sarim replace a liner, coping, and a skimmer line in our in-ground pool. The workmanship was excellent and he provided a lot of helpful hints on how to extend the life of the pool.
