I joined this YMCA without expecting more than a tour and a point in the right direction. What I got was a warm greeting by the desk staff, a tour that really explained it all and a suggestion that I get my free one hour orientation as soon as I joined. I was pleasantly surprised at how willing everyone was to help me. This YMCA is the cleanest. I have been to plenty of fitness places and this one is the best. I also went to the pool area and was treated very well. Desk staff person Lisa answered al my questions and even suggested a great place for dinner since I was new in town. I highly...

Me and my family decided to visit the YMCA facility of Saratoga Springs, NY on Friday of April 9th 2010. The facility look in good shape, nice lobby, and the staff greeted us in a friendly manner when we arrived. I've been to many YMCA's before, so I knew whats expected of the staff, as I was previously a member of the YMCA a few years back. We decided to get a Family Day Pass as we wanted to go swimming.
