I have been using Santoro's Cleaners for over 10 years and have NEVER had anything but great service.The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The quality of their work is top notch. I have had a few times when I needed an item cleaned right away and they were able to accomadate me. The have my business gauarenteed!

Never ever go to this cleaners!! There are several cleaners in the Torrington area try them instead. Bottomline, paid for pants to be lengthened. Placed a safetly pin on the pants,at the suggestion of the teenage boy behind the counter, to show where the new hem line should be. Paid $23. Pants were not taken down. Brought them back for correction. Came back. Still not done. Spoke w/a manager....

Pretty good facilities. Good hot dryers get clothes dry in a hurry. The only bad thing is the hours. A laudrymat should be open earlier than 8 am on a Saturday!!

Take your items somewhere else. Owner has no manners and then only after apologizing for his nastiness tries to use the "I'm Italian" so naturally I have a bad temper as an excuse for horrible behavior . No way to run a business. He should take two seconds and think I'm Italian would I want my mother spoken to like this and then open his mouth.
