Not the friendliest bunch of people, but this line of work, I think it would be hard to be perky. This is the tag agency closest to my home, so I have been going here for years. They get the job done. There have been a few times where I have called and asked specific questions, got an answer from one person, and when I got there the info was incorrect. Overall though, a decent tag agency.

The man at the counter didn't seem to think that speaking was part of his job. Rude by sheer disinterest, but the worst part was that he sat with his foot up on chair in shorts, (thanks for the view), and not once, not twice, but three times he put my credit card in his SOCK!!! Disgusting! I had to even ask him if our transaction was complete because he just put the receipt on the counter and...
