The restaurant has changed it's name. It's now the Springfield Gourmet Taco. They still have a menu of guacamole with many interesting options. Choosing a taco starts with choosing a wrap, which includes lettuce leafs for those watching their waistlines. The options for fillings are seemingly endless. The wait staff was very attentive and the prices reasonable.

The entire menu is fresh and new, but the best thing to me is the avocado bar. You can order your guacamole in many different ways, with tomatoes, with corn, with garlice....there is a sheet you fill out on your table and they fix it how you like it. The chips are awesome. GREAT Margaritas

Really good and original Mexican food and FABULOUS margaritas. The staff did a nice job and the prices were reasonable. We had such a nice time, our group went 2 weekend in a row.

This is a great fusion restaurant. There is something for everyone we had chimayo which had a different flavor in every bite. The dessert is great. Try everything

It was our first time to try SFG. Nice place with fast friendly service and great drinks. The food was on the high side of average. The total for our meal was $55 including tip.
