As nice as they sound, they are very RUDE. I moved in with a 15month lease, because they said it was CHEAPER, and they gave me a different price once moved in! Went to show them what I had signed for and they said it was for a 12 month lease! Even when they wrote it down on a piece of paper and sign it they still refuse to give me a refund. Second, I NEVER got to take a look at my apartment....

I have live @ sandstone for more than 7 years and I move to one of the 3 bedroom apt and I hate that the master bedroom is hot all the time during the summer they have intall a fan and it dont work I hade problems with the unit leaking in one of the bath rooms and know its leaking by the bar I really need to get out but they have you by the balls with their 60 days and if you dont find a place...

I lived @ Sandstone for 9 months, 2007-2008. They never cleaned it after the previous tenants moved out like they were supposed to so I moved into a really filthy apt. with all the stuff left by the previous tentants still in the apt. The carpets needed to be cleaned really badly and those people smoked and I don't smoke so I smelled smoke. However, the apt. itself was nice as far as the...
