I can't believe I'm the only person who doesn't like this agent. I had her for three years (three years too long) and I was constantly told I would get a multi-line discount that I never saw. When I confronted her, the agent actually laughed at me and said that if the national office couldn't fix it that I must not qualify. I promptly went to another State Farm agent in SW Portland whose staff cut my bill in half the first day. I get that computers are ""complicated,"" but really??

We have had Sandra and her staff as our insurance agent for the past seven years after relocating from Texas. We did a little bit of searching after our relocation from Texas and was surprised by the rate quote differences between the different SF agents in the Tigard area.
