I've been seeing Dr. Lao for many, many years after going through a number of "nice" dentists who just were not thorough and gentle enough. I still drive many miles to get my check-ups and other necessary work with her - even in the middle of Chicagoland winters! She's the BEST... efficient, thorough, up-to-date on treatments and options, and yes, gentle and explanatory as she goes about HER...
