I have lived here at Sandpebble Village for several years. The manager and staff are professional and friendly. They understand any time something needs to be fixed or taken care of and they do it almost instantly. I once had a problem with my garbage disposal, it was backing up and it was already around 10:00 pm, I called, told them my problem and they came out with 10 min. or less and fixed...
the place is a good place to live .. affordable the staff are very nice but please don't get into with the manger ...... never again will i mixed business with friendship a bad experience. but over all a good place to stay.. what ever wrong they'll come and fix it. the.. .. same day .. not to many bugs they have everything under control just had to move cause it was to much drama......
