Prompt acknowledgement of order and payment, then absolute silence - no response to emails or phone calls to see why item has not arrived (or estimated date of arrival some 5 weeks later. I'd be perfectly happy to be informed there's a problem sourcing the item, and it will take some time - but failing to respond to repeated requests for information is bad manners and bad business.
