I have been residing here for 2 yrs..ive seen plenty of managers behind tht desk since i got my keys..i have been askin for things in my apt 2 get fixed for the whole entire time i have been here which i said prior was 2 years..i really dont mind livin here but i do have a few problems..i had a member of staff nump in my face call me a liar..hoodrat and some other things just because i asked...

These people willing rip you off and the apartments are so old ceiling roof is mildew moleded toilet leaks the walls and floors are so nasty that they cover it up to maka it look new even tho it's not basically these places need to be knock down and rebuild roach invest gnats,spider's, and possums ridiculous!!!!

Inexpensive but watch neighboorhood

These apartments are trying to rebuild the area but some bad is still there. Would not recommend for single parent. The apartments are nice on the inside and are a bargain.
