Clever apartment names, not clever apartments

While nice on first inspection, the apartment is a fail after move-in. The kitchen is very small, the living room is tiny but the bedrooms are a descent size with adequate closets. I had very little time to find an apartment when I moved - wish I had more time, I would have selected another location. Very little visitor parking, most of which is taken by residents that have more than one...

My husband and I lived here when it was Cascade Pines. Since it has been Sancerre, and we were moved to a remodeled apt.because of water damage caused by the construction company, we have been treated like crap from management, maintenance was not fixing the things that needed to be fixed, and to add to it all IT IS MAY AND THEY ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. It cannot be that great.

Don't expect any privacy if you move in. They inspect your apartment monthly. Its overprived for the neighborhood and they frequently leave highly unprofessional rule updates on your door. If you bring your concerns to the management, they are a bit rude and unhelpful.

Its a dive with a new coat of paint. you can still hear every step your neighbors make.

Do yourself a favor and move...

Nice, well-kept apartments and grounds. The staff is very friendly and also very responsive to maintenance requests. You'll stop by the office to drop off rent and likely stay chatting and having cookies.

I lived at cascade pines for 1.5 years and was thankful when I left. Our car was brocken into and a kid was kidnapped by the neighbor upstairs and kept in his apartment. Although this is not an everyday occurance the overall atmosphere did not feel safe. The inside of the apartment was nice, but ocationally noisy.
