Owner is extremely rude

I was a first time customer who was wanting to use organic pest control. I placed a $75 order and was paying with a credit card to have the products sent to me, when the owner said he would have to fax me a paper to sign. I asked if he could fax it over to my secretary and he told me "He had spent enough time on the phone with me for $75" and hung up on me. I called back and he said he didn't...

The owner of this company is just extremly rude. I dont know what his problem is I have seldom met anyone in the business world that would treat a customer the way I was treated. Evrything they supply can be found cheaper from a nother source.
