Adult kickboxing/conditioning class is awesome! Full body workout using among other things, plyometrics, resistance bands, punching bags and self defense techniques. I have been coming here for two years and it's a great workout at the end of a long day. The instructor is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is positive and fun.
