AUC beware. Sometimes I wish there were more protections to for good renters. Have meet several residents who have constant problems with rodents, and bugs, mildew, mold, and just poor management with bad attitudes. What happened to ""customer service"" Apartments have potential however management is the worst. going so far as to manipulate and lie to residents regarding repairs and future plans for the property. Get Right or Close Down! We have to stop allowing slum lords to operate in our communities and get by regardless of who owns it.
