Help us make it rightHave the right sized truck, all equipment (requested furniture dolly and there wasn't one there), man was late, truck was dirty (cigarette butts, spilled soda etc.). Woman who called to set up reservation was rude. Gas gage in truck was non-responsive. Were charged for furniture dolly that we never received and then it was on the contract and when we returned the truck it was difficult to...
Took a long time; did not know how to process the order.
The truck was in dire need of work, had NO power, used a lot of gas and was not clean, which we pointed out to the site where we picked up Also the pick up location had no idea we had a reservation, had to wait 45 mins and then they hardly spoke any English, not a good experience with U-Haul this time. Next time we will use another company.
