We live in Omaha, NE. Lately, we have seen television commercials for this restaurant. We were in downtown Omaha area yesterday and since Council Bluffs is right across the Missouri river we decided to give Sam's a try for lunch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to every one! Great food and service!!!!!!
Do yourself and anyone else a favor, the place was fantastic!
The place was clean and orderly. The staff were attentive to our every need. The food was reasonably priced and of good quality.

We've been eating at Sam's since I was a kid, but they changed ownership a few years ago, and it has gone tremendously downhill since. We were there on a Saturday evening about 7:30PM. The atmosphere was dark and dank, the food was edible but not great the service was ok. Not the best place in town to eat but not the worst either.
