Wonderful Experience! Our 39" Samsung started having ghost like features. I checked the forum and found out it needed a T-Con board replacement, because the display. All the folks looked like ghosts! Called SAM about my old projection TV, he said he would come out next morning around 9am he called at 9 am said he was on his way 30 minutes out, he got here at 9:30 took the part and was gone in 30 minutes and said he would be back next day at after 2 and would call before and he did. He fixed the TV it is working very well. The cost was very fair.

We brought our tv to be repaired, he said it would take 3 days. We never got any notification that he was having issues or that he was awaiting parts. After weeks of excuses, he says your TV can't be fixed. I will keep it. We said we would pick it up because we wanted a second opinion. We get it and he didn't even have the decency to return it to us the way we gave it to him. The front cover...
