Went last week and was very disappointed. I waited over 2 hours after being told an hour. Then, I get my car and it is still dirty inside after paying $106.00 for it to be steam cleaned and detailed. I have always experienced a quality detail however, I am not going back. If I am paying this much money I expect it to be worth it.

Ordered onion ring appetizer and mediterranean chicken salad. The rings showed up in three minutes flat, hot all right, but instead of being crispy they were figuratively dripping with oil. I took several items to this "professional alterations" store-a pair of slacks with a two inch area in the seam area to be repaired-first of all they charged almost $13 dollars in advance, and when I took them out of the bag-I had loose thread along the area that was supposed to be sewn, about a 6" stitching along side what was supposed to be repaired, and what a joke the way they were...
