We were so thrilled to happen up on Samples on Open Table. Longmont has needed a place like this. The flavors of each dish were amazing and the plate sizes are perfect, what a meal size SHOULD be!
I had made the reservation a week in advance for a party of 9. When we arrived, our table was unavailable. The staff bent over backwards to find us alternative seating. We were annoyed and had thoughts of finding another place to eat. However, the table they did finally seat us at worked better than we thought it would. We had fun choosing among the around-the-world samplings, and what a courageous and gracious server we had, who had to attend to eight indecisive women, who hadn't seen each other for a while. Kudos to the food and the server. We also like the support that the restaurant gives to the community by employing some of our challenged sons and daughters.
