Help us make it rightNamed after a form of fun and fast-paced Brazilian dancing, Samba Steakhouse is just as refreshingly exciting, offering an intense amount of meats and wild portions of sides and salads unmatched by American steakhouses. You can feast Rodizio with never-ending meat selections, File de Salmao which is salmon atop banana puree, and more mouthwatering selections in the surroundings of giant leaves...
Brazilian-style barbecue is a carnivore’s dream. Assorted unlimited marinated meats travel on skewers straight to your plate.
Enjoy this popular Brazilian-style barbecue offering unlimited portions of marinated meats, poultry and seafood as well as unique à la carte items.
Brazilians call it a churrascaria, but Las Vegas calls it a steakhouse. It's really a Latin American feast of meats and poultry barbecued on a rodizio, with an array of sides served family-style. The gleaming open kitchen with its Brazilian-style rotisserie is the focal point. An hourglass-shaped container sits on each table with the red side up until guests turn the green side up, signaling...
I have eaten at many of the Las Vegas steakhouses and have to say I was impressed with Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak. I did come in with slightly tempered...

As someone...
This is a B-C rated Brazilian steakhouse. The starter salad was the best part. All the meat was dry & under seasoned. Try Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil instead. Same price but much higher quality everything
If you're tired of all the endless buffets in Las Vegas, stop by Samba in the Mirage for either the Brazilian all-you-can-at meatfest or simply, a delicious Brazilian dinner. The ambiance is quite nice here, as red is the dominant color. We sat at the bar right before the BEATLES LOVE show and had a fantastic dinner of pork chops and salmon. Eat entree comes with large sides, including sweet...
Brazilian-style barbecue is a carnivore’s dream. Assorted unlimited marinated meats travel on skewers straight to your plate.
Specializing in Rodizio or skewered meat, this restaurant has a unique method of interaction between diners and staff. There is constant serving of the fabulous grilled meats, and when you need to rest your stomach, you flip a little "samba doll" to red and the servers will pass you by. Flip it to green, and food will start arriving again. Each table is supplied with dipping sauces and then the...
