“Very unprofessional and gives grossly inaccurate repair conditions, cost estimates and needless costly advice.” Originally told by Samaritan tech our 3 ½ year old $2000 refrigerator was toast, parts alone well over $900 and time to buy a new one. We called another service company and this tech confirmed parts are under warranty and labor estimate $300 including service call. I called Dan to report this and his reply was “I prefer to no longer do business with you" and he had his service tech call me directly to tell me the same thing.
They came and gave a diagoses of the what he thought was wrong with our dryer. Because of finanical hardship, I asked him what the part was so I could order it and put it on myself to save money. Part came, didn't fix the problem. Call them about their wrong Diagnoses and they wanted to charge A SECOND FEE to come back!!!! Didn't care about anything but getting more money....CONSUMERS STAY AWAY!!!!

I needed an air conditioner this summer and I actually found this company through Lowes when Samaritan came out to my home to install a garage door opener. I was sooooo impressed with the work they did in the garage, I choose them for the air conditioner system and I was very pleased.
