Sam helped us sell our home and purchase a new one. The house she sold for us was sold in the down economy in only 4 days. That made us find the home of our dreams faster and Sam found one for us. She did an amazing job and her efficiency was incredible. When we sell the house we live in now, she will be the first person we call.

We had listed our house with another realtor and had no response on our house at all. Then we met Sam. We told her what we had been through and she said "I can get your house sold, you just need to do what I say and your house is as good as sold!" She got right down to business. We knew we will list our house for sale with Sam, when we first interviewed her, She is very energetic and enthusiastic. She recommended we do staging and put us in touch with 2 staging experts. We re-finished our kitchen and bathroom cabinets with spectacular results.
