So, I bought a Living Social deal for $60 for a cut/color/deep conditioning for my shoulder length hair. What i GOT was an extra $10 charge because ""color means roots, not all over color, and you have so much hair that we'll have to use twice as much colorant and toner on you"". The young lady who did my hair clearly had never used toner with colorant, as she applied it directly to my dry, uncut hair, and it took her over an hour to do it. The ""deep conditioning treatment"" was conditioner applied after shampoo & then rinsed out, which I thought was pretty standard for most salons. I...

I requested a consultation with the owner about coloring my hair, since she is the 'specialist'. This 5 minutes seemed like an inconvenience to her.

I booked an appt, and let her know TWICE during the service that I did not feel she was coloring enough hair. She has lots of excuses and 'high standards for her personal reputation', however she did not give me what I wanted. Am I not the customer? Who might keep returning for service until she retires or goes under???During the service is the time to correct and adjust ---- which she chose not to. So I had to suck it up and just wait for...
