Help us make it rightChrissy the owner is NOT professional. She will tell you that she can get your hair a certain way, but she takes a while to attempt to get it that way, and when confronted takes offense to it. She says color isn't an exact science yet she was doing the same thing at her former employment and it was fine. The last time I visited it was brass orange roots. She told me she would fix it. I'm a CPA I couldn't do it that week. Told her we could wait until the following week or next appt. She never got back to me. I get a call from her salon on 2/20 telling me they will see me at 12:30. I drive there and she tells me she was upset with my message and now she decided NOT to FIX what she did. No refund, and thought it was okay that I drive a long distance --take time away from my own clients by not booking --thinking it takes 2 plus hours to do my hair, all for her to tell me won't fix it. I lost out on work because she didn't call to tell me not to come in and I have phone records to prove it....they actually as I said confirmed my appt. So I lost wages, she didn't fix my hair...and didn't want to call. She said she rather tell me in person? At an obvious loss of wages myself. I have got it fixed by a local salon in Milford who did EXACTLY what I wanted. They said that she was just looking to get more money from me, which she was. She is an owner who is nice to your face but I have been there when someone makes an appt, and then as they leave she is like "did you see the girl's teeth, man they need work." Stay away, total con.
As the owner of Salon Richard Anthony, I try to go above and beyond for the happiness of my clients. Ms. W**** was refunded in full as soon as her unhappiness came to my attention. This was filed the day she pulled her stunt. As stated in the rebuttal to her answer she offered nothing - not even to the BBB who wrote me and said they didn't hear from her in the time frame they gave her. It was not until the process to take her to court commenced with the initial demand letter that she did anything. If she wants to continue this charade i can and will get my lawyer to deal...

called and I have that vm said she would fix it, then waits until you get there to say she was offended that you said you paid too much for a bad job, and says she decided before I even got there that we would not fix it. No refund, no fix. Lawyer involved. Pictures of the poor job she did are on the internet under a wordpress blog on how unprofessional she really is.
