I was very pleased by my beautician . Diana was courteous. I have never been there before. I will return again when I need my hair done. She knew what I wanted without question. Very disappointed. Went there for the first time on to get a trim and my hair thinned out. It is very thick. When I got home I realized my hair was completely uneven. I called back the next day to come in and get it fixed. They said they would need an instructor to call me back. I never received a phone call. i went there with my elderly mother to get some of there services done. the students were uneducated, snobby, completely rude to me and my mother. our hair turned out so uneven and they even had a teacher check it, by the way the teacher looked like a severe alcholic. we will NEVER go back again and i would only have bad things to say about that beauty school!!!!!
