Staff is always friendly to me and each other. Jonah, again, provided me with exactly what I wanted and spent time answering my questions about what products will help keep my hair in optimal condition. He is never pushy and always makes me feel like he enjoys doing my hair.

Marlene is my stylist; she does a great job with my hair and the time spent is quite nice due to her attitude--friendly, helpful, fun. She is as eager to repeat what works, as she is to try new styles or a fresh cut. She is encouraging, which means that I will try new products or new ways of doing things with my hair.
