Went in 3 weeks ago for color and cut. At that time my hairdresser told me to come back in if the cut (which was very much shorter) needed to be adjusted. I called came in and Amanda did exactly as she said. Unfortunately I was charged for another haircut and didn't get a wash or blow dry. Felt very disappointed that a long time customer would be treated this way. I didn't mind paying something...
