About the only downside: it's a chain, and we all want to support the mom-and-pop stores, but with a great chain like this it's hard.

Hair - only one haircut so far, but no complaints. Great cut, VERY cheap price ($24 for staff) and I got special help picking out a good shampoo/conditioner afterwards as well.

I've been going here for months to get my eyebrow and facial waxing done, and I couldn't be happier with it. The receptionist is always really nice when I check in, and Olivia - the woman who does my waxing - is fantastic. She's really sweet and knows her stuff. Had a manicure, and also did a bit of shopping. The staff was super friendly and informative, and the manicure was very nice. My only objection was that I requested a matte clear polish when my manicure was finished, and instead got a shiny clear polish. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience.

It was also very hot the day I visited, and the woman at the checkout offered to fill my water...
