Peggy is THE best hair whisperer I have ever encountered. Period. She understands what I want, interprets what I ask her to do, and even suggests things I wouldn't have thought of and it ALWAYS comes out looking amazing. I travel 2 hours one way just to getmy hair done by her. I don't trust anyone else with my incredibly fine, hard to manage head of hair. She does it RIGHT the FIRST TIME EVERY...
