Worst customer service ever. Came 2 weeks ago to get a color I needed to re touch my hair. I already knew what I wanted and were it was so I was going to be in and out under 1min. Came 15 min...

Don't buy any hair products here or anything your not quite sure of. .... they don't honor returns even when they said they would. I never even opened the product. The manager said the employee...

Ugh. You have to come here knowing what you want because asking for help is pointless. They come off annoyed of you if you ask questions or they give you quick, short answers without any explanation so it discourages you to even want to ask again. You're better off watching YouTube and doing …

Do not come or Attempt to come here because service and employees are SUCKS....you read it right, SUCKS...they don't even try to help you, they rather stand up and talking and waiting for the time, rather than helping you...so don't waste your time so rather go in somewhere else than coming to this store....so disappointed!!!
