I was renting a tiny apartment in Norwich, NY. Have been waiting to get my security deposit for about a month. Got it today - they took 85$ for Cleaning. Ridiculous! I kept the apartment in meticulous condition. Plus I got a new toilet seat and new curtains before I left. What do I do now? I feel it's unfair to take my 85$ for some fictitious cleaning. Scumbags.
WORST RENTAL EVER. i have had nothing but issues since i've lived here.
first it was dead birds falling out of the roof onto my porch as there were too many to count coming and going out of the flashing. sall's solution...to put chicken wire over the opening so they couldnt get in..or out for that matter..lasted about 2 days and changed nothing.
i had an outlet that would spark whenever you plugged something into it so i stopped using it. with nothing plugged in, it would still visably send off sparks. it took quite a while for someone to come fix it and when they did it was a surprise...
