I can completely agree with the previous reviewer. I had a hard time getting in and the office staff handled me the same way. Now, that I'm in, it's not good. Can't get a thing fixed, and I only call about the major ones I cannot fix myself. Lived with mold in bedroom for 1 year and the gutter fell onto my porch …
