Greetings Fellow Con·nois·seur today I have a question for you

SPIN FISH OR POKE SALAD BAR

I can't say i tried Spinfish, but I can say this one opened 30 minutes earlier and you get more bang for your buck (More fish for your buck based on scoop sizes and cost)

There are two Chipotle style poke places in Old Town Pasadena and I finally visited the 2nd of the two. This particular poke place has a good assortment of fish and accompanying ingredients, but the best part about this place is the spacious seating. The competitor has more limited seats. If you're going with a group and would like indoor seating, this would be a great option.

First Poke is the best, 2nd is the worst and third Poke is a hairy chest!

3rd Poke Place I've ever been to and 3rd place it shall be in my heart.

This restaurant replaced Saladish! It's the same concept as Saladish, where you build your own bowl, but instead of salad, it's with raw fish. The poke bowl craze has hit Pasadena! Think Chipotle except with Poke. Great tasting and lots of options I come here at least twice a month or more. Not crazy expensive and even though the line might look long sometimes it moves really fast. The dining area gets full sometimes but I just cross the street and head over to the alley way behind the Nike store. There's plenty off seating and shade there.
