This is a complete and utter disappointment in regards to food service, customer service, and outright human consideration. No one should ever have to go into a restaurant and wait for almost 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, only by you getting their attention. Not at all surprised by their ratings. This …

Sala Thai has some of the best Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) I've ever tasted. It's a must every time I'm in DC. One of these days I'll get something else. I'm going through their drink menu and the Apple Martinis are pretty good. The service has always been good. It's clean and moderate noise level. I can come here during the afternoon and have a relaxing lunch. Love it!!

Ordered From here and my dish was not correct at all. I sent it back and they returned the same dish that I returned to me. I asked for the manager and I was told that there is not one on duty. I've been coming to Sala Thai for years and this is the last time. I will not ever come back and I will never recommend …

Good, if a little pricey. Sometimes they deliver sooner than the predicted time, other times it's longer.

Had the shrimp pad thai. It was good, definitely not the best I've had. The shrimp tasted like it was over-cooked, separately, with no seasoings. Also, there were those small faux pork pieces that the Chinese carryout usually puts in their pork fried rice.
