The mens dept had turned into a gangsta apparel. This store used to be classy. Now it sells apparel for ghetto drug dealers, not impressed....

The only department I went into was the shoes so this review is based on that. The whole store was nice and clean I noticed though. I was previously at Neiman Marcus right before heading to Saks....

Bad customer service! waiting for a cut and color (new client) receptionist? booked us back to back, client does not show...told I can be seen and time would be dedicated to me, did not want a service where stylist worked between two clients. walked out moved to another day,Called and canceled, Manager forgot to cancel appt.Over priced,not impressed!
